Aiming to further optimize the quality of support services we provide, we have introduced a new trouble ticketing platform that will be utilized to log your support tickets.
Key features of the new platform are its efficiency, user friendliness and the ability to provide on-line updates throught ticket handling and resolution process. .
In order to open a ticket, one simple mail to email@example.com from an already registered email address is all you need to do.
Additionally, you will be notified by e-mail for every step during ticket resolution process.
The specific registered e-mail addresses (with an initial password that we will provide which can be changed at any time by the user) will be used to access Kayako portal, thus allowing on-line review handling and management of the existing or older (archived) tickets.
